Our Team is a section created in Institute of Philosophy and Sociology
of Polish Academy of Sciences
in 1992. It constitutes a platform of (also international) cooperation
of people interested in preparing, conducting and elaborating comparatvie
research on social inequalities according to common scientific programme.
This programme provides a basis for comprehensvie description
of social inequalities - their causes, correlates and consequences - in
dynamic and international perspective.

Currently we are conducting a fourth wave of the Social Changes in Poland panel study as a part of the project Social Structure in Poland, 1988-2003.
